PSO Expected outcome
1 Provide a strong foundation in Chemistry that emphasizes scientific reasoning and
analytical problem-solving.
2 Provide students with the skills required to succeed in M.Sc., also enrich the students with
basic skills to perform in the Chemical industry.
3 Promote research interest in students and enable them towards planning and execution
of research in frontier areas of chemical sciences.
4 Expose the students to a level of experimental techniques using modern instrumentation.
5 Demonstrate teamwork, communication, Time management and leadership skills across
multicultural contexts.
6 Acquire the ability to synthesize and characterize compounds using sophisticated
instrumental techniques and related software, for the in-depth characterization of
Inorganic materials.
7 Develop solid knowledge, understanding and expertise in the domain of Inorganic
